Avaya IP Office versus Toshiba – 4 a “small” install

We’re a smallish (yet world-wide) fitness company that needs to upgrade the phone system. The IT dept (AKA – me and one other) was put in charge of the phone system this past year and need your input! We currently have an Avaya Definity that’s near death, looking to upgrade. Our current provider is selling us on Avaya IP Office. The only other one we liked was a Toshiba CIX670 – but also costs @ $20K more, mostly due to having to buy all new phones.

We currently have @ 40 digital/20 analog phones onsite. We’d like to add @30 IP phones for our world-wide managers.

Several other blogs said NO to IP Office when a large install, but I don’t think this would be considered large. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!!
