Avaya IP Office

I am having issues with our Avaya IP office:

1. A user has no VM, but the light stays on. I have tried unplugging her phone for a while, logged out/logged in, reset her mailbox in Avaya – but the light still stays on.

2. A user’s light does not light up when she has a new vm message.

Any help would be appreciated.
