AXIS Netcam download to FTP IIS

Not used IIS before. Got the Camra working thorugh th ip add of 192.168.100.49 and I am having difficulty getting it to download images to IIS default ftp site set to all unnasigned ip addresses and port 21. Has anyone ever installed the above cam to an NT4 network?
