Backed up iphone to windows 10 laptop, files not opening

Hi, I’ve backed up my Iphone 6 onto my laptop but I can’t open any files (and when I click on properties it doesn’t even detect what format the files are in.) Any idea how I can fix this?

I simply backed it up via Itunes.
