Backup Help!

Greetings,

I am the admin for a small (SMALL) network w/10seats and 1 server.

Besides the third party backup of mission critical files/data that we preform daily, I need to come up with a plan to backup the entire Servers content daily 18-20Gigs. While looking at the backup that comes with Server 2000 — I do not see an option that would allow me to creat 1 large backup and then append new data to it daily. I am backing up to an external drive and would like the ability for this to just continually backup without eventually having a file that is larger than the backups capacity.
