Backups – Anything Better than DLT

We have a tremendous amount of data to backup. We have two dedicated backup servers running dual Compaq DLT tape drives each, one for Netware, the other for Windows NT. Full backups take 2 -3 days, even though we are getting the recommended throughput, diffs take all day. Is there anything out there faster? Thanks, Carl
