Bad Address Mail in Exch Server does not

I have previously had mail coming into my exchange server 5.5, addressed to a non-existent mailbox, bounce to the administrator account. Currently I have a server that this does not occur on. I want this mail to go the administrator. How can I get this to happen. Thanks!
