BARTPE fails

Everything went well except that after the the ramdisk filled up there was a flash that said BARTPE starting…
then I got
FILE \I386\SYSTEM32\NTOSKRNL.EXE failed to load
The error code is 14
Setup can not continue

Any ideas????
