bartspe driver

I get this message unable to start network adapters. Its also unable to locate/find the NIC, its a intel pro 1000mt. I searched the web downlaoded the driver pac, also downloaded the drivers from Intel. I placed the drivers into the correct folder and still nothing. Any suggestion ?
