Basic problem in Crystal Reports XI

I’m trying to create a very simple report that lists a name, organisation and status code. For some of the records in the report data file, the organisation field is empty. If I specify the organisation name as an output field, Crystal does not display any row where the organisation name is blank. If I remove organsation name as an output field, the records without a value in that field magically reappear. How can I get Crystal to display all of the records in my data file, regardless of whether or not there is a value in the organisation name field?
