Basic questions on MOS, MCSA and MCSE

What are some good books to read for the MCSA and MCSE Certifications?

Are the A+ and Net+ Certifications still being offered or have they been “wrapped-up” into another MS Certification?

Are there any books for the MOS? Or, are the MS Office 97 – 2k3 books sufficient for the MOS Certifcation exams?
