BBA vs. BS

I am pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems at Baruch College in NYC.
Recently I was discussing with a friend on which degree would be more attractive to companies in the long run, BBA or BS.
I am kind of confused as to whether I should pursue a Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems. Which one would you think would be more attractive and profitable in the next 10 years or more?
