BCD errors when bcd when running bcd wxppro

i thought this slipstream would be nice time saver but when i get to the part to run bcd from dos the program keeps coming back with the following error: “cds/wxppro/i386/bootfix.bin not found”
i get the same error for setupldr.bin not found. then the program aborts. i have the files within the i386 folder but it keeps stopping. anyone have any ideas.
