BDD deploying winxp

Is there a work around for deploying winxp sp2 cd image in bdd, I am getting a volume license error it states that I have an upgrade cd and that the install cannot continue? Is there a work around? Do I have to put some file form windows 98 cd because it is looking to see if I have a valid previous os? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
