Benchmarking the IS Department

My company is undertaking a strategic planning process that involves benchmarking each department in key performance areas. Is anyone interested in sharing metrics such as uptime, help desk response time, etc. for comparison? Please write me directly at sam.wheat@dpactech.com. We manufacture electronics, 100 employees, three person IS department, Windows NT/2000 environment.
