BenQ 5000 And windows 7 Driver

hi
i have BenQ 5000 scanner and i lost the software CD
the mirascan v6.3.5000 not working in windows 7
before in the original software CD the mirascan v6.0 was working fine.
Now I need help finding windows 7 ultimate (x64)Driver for BenQ 5000 scanner.
any one can help me?
