Best App Builder company

I have an idea for an app but like many people lack any coding skills whatsoever. I am also not made of money. What are the best/ least costly App Building companies I could work with? As an alternative, would it be less expensive to try to find a independent coder to work with? And, are there any good apps I could use to try and build the thing myself?
