Best City For IT

I have been thinking about relocating to find a better job market lately. Some people have told me that Texas has a lot better IT climate than where I am now, Seattle. Is this true? Which city is the best of the best?!! Anybody responding with any info about their cities market (good or bad) would be very interesting!!
