Best Masters Program

Hello, i happen to be among the first class of American university of Nigeria majoring in software engineering.
Suggestion: should i go for masters within the same field to further reinforce my knowlegde and skills or look out to a different field. Also, with respect to the field u think will be more appropriate, what particular masters program will you recommend.
