Best Online University

After seeing little things on here about distance education, I would love to hear from all of you as to your experiences with these ‘online universities’. I personally completed a BS with University of Phoenix, and am wondering if Aspen University would be a good choice for my Masters. My questions would involved who is good, who runs up costs, and who is viewed well in the IT business world.
