Best way to image a machine (for corporate 1000 machines)

I am working at a corporation and we have over a thousand machines. Right now, we are using Ghost and Sysprep to image machines but its slow (about 40 mins per image). I was looking at the Complete PC Backup but wasnt sure if it made a new SID or not and do not want to take the chance. Is there anything else or other software that is working for you guys. Please let me know what would be the best to make an image in the least amount of time. I was also looking at the WAIK and the AIK but know nothing about it. Thanks!!
