Big Brother

I have been asigned the task of monitoring over certain users machines, monitor their e-mail and how long they are on the web for. Everyone is directly connected to the internet we do not have a proxy server and we use an isp for email. I also have a full T1. I just want the ability to see how long users are on a certain site and what site they visit.
