bigger font in outlook

Hi, Can anyone of you suggest me a solution in keeping the font size normal while sending a new mail. My font size appears to be much bigger when I select Microsoft Word 2003 to edit email messages.

I tried my best to use the options the members suggested. But, I couldn’t even find the “Zoom” option to adjust it to 100%. Nor even the Fonts and Stationary option to select “My Fonts”
