BIOS Password bypass Dell Laptop D600

Picked up a used laptop, but it has a BIOS password and it is not configured to boot from the CDROM. I need to bypass so I can boot from CD to reinstall windows, etc.
The bios is Phoenix v A15. I already tried the masters like dell,CMOS,bios,phoenix, upper & lower case.
Any suggestions???
