Blackberry and Citrix MetaFrame

I have users who would like to synchronize their Blackberry’s via Citrix. Blackberry tells me me they do not support this, but, they have seen it done. Unfortunately, they won’t tell me how. Has anyone had any experience with this type of scenario?
