BlackBerry hooked up to BES Domino does not display HTML links in emails

Hi,
I have a small email that goes out from one application. The email content-type is text/html and it has one HREF link with MAILTO tag. When this email is viewed on a BlackBerry thats hooked up to BES exchange, the links work fine. But when its viewed on BlackBerry thats hooked up to BES Domino, it only shows plain text & strips off all the HTML part of the content.

The device on which we are trying to view the email is RIM 8800. Is there any setting that prevents the HTML tags from being displayed on BlackBerry hookde up to BES Domino?
