Blank emails in Outlook 2003

I have seen other people with this issue but none of the solutions seem to work for me. I have an auto update last week and ever since i cannot display the text in the preview pane or the full email pane. Headers are fine, Read receipts are fine, i can read the message if i click on “Forward” but no real solutions. I have even tried running regsvr32 inetcomm.dll and this does nothing either. I have a colleague who has an identical machine and his started doing this at the same time from a different location on a different network?
Any clues please???
