Blank Outlook Replies

We have a perplexing problem which I have found no one else has experienced. Outlook 2000, Win2k, when one of our employees replies to her e-mails, not only does the original text not appear in the reply, neither does any of the new text. Of course it happens intermittently. Uninstalling and reinstalling outlook and office did not help. Thanks for any suggestions.
