Blank screen problems

Help needed please!!!

My PC when booted up produces a blank screeen. I can’t even see the BIOS. I have checked that everything is correctly connected and have tried a different monitor and video card. I am quickly running out of ideas and any suggestions would be gratefullly accepted.
