Blank (unnamed) user accessing NT 4.0 sh

Server manager (and netwatch.exe) shows me a user without a name accessing shares all over the domain. Are there any system accounts that don’t identify themselves? What are the possible explanations?
(I haven’t been able to find anything on TechNet nor any other website — maybe my key words are poorly chosen…)
