Blanket profile NT terminal serv users?

I just built a new NT 4.0 terminal box. I want all the users that log on to have the same desktop. They will be log in on through IBM AIX workstations. Whats the proceedure to create and apply a blanket profile setup so I don’t have to do each one individually?
