Block gmails to specific sender

Hi,
I have an Exchange 2003 installed and a specific email address (which is a list) receives spam from pseudo gmail accounts.
I would like to now if there is a way to stop mails from Gmail to get to that specific address only.
If I am not clear or you need more info, do not hesitate to ask.
