blocking spam without From: addresses

Does anyone know how to block spam that doesn’t have a From: email address in Outlook Express?

The Tools>Message Rules>Mail feature list several options, but none of them seem capable of dealing with anonymous spam.

Similarly, does anyone knowhow to use wildcards in blocking email from a given domain.

Often spammers use sequential account and/or domain names (XYZ12@spam.com, XYZ13@spam.com) to recycle their spam and defeat rule-based blocks.
