Blue screen of death

New CPU last month. Installed Office Pro 2007 and absolutely hated it. Un-installed it and was installing Office 2003 when twice the blue screen appeared.

As usual “System Restore” was a big disappointment. What good is it when it never works?

Can I use the same Product ID Code when reverting back to Office 2003?
