Blue screen problem

Attention! English isn’t my first language. So sorry if i make a mistake. But i need your help.
My windows 8 turn into blue screen and i don’t know how to fix it. I’ve read an article about trick “press ctrl+shift+esc” and it working! But i don’t know what is the next step
Please someone help me if maybe someone know other trick to fix it
