Blue tooth issue on Dell inspiron 8600

I have Dell Inspiron 8600 that I’m having issues re-installing the driver for the internal bluetooth card..

system detects the device but fails when loading the driver

has anyone else had issues with this or have any ideas where to go from here.

Dell support not so supportive..
