bluestack still best emulator on windoes for android

hi i am using bluestack on my windows 10 pc to run android apps. i wanna know is buestack stil the best emulator for running android apps on windows or any other emulator has come in the market.if there is wel competitive to bluestack tell me abou that. thanks
