Books or Training for MCAD/MCSD?

Has anybody found a good training place to become an MCAD/SD? I have 5< years experience in ASP, but couldn't find a training facility in the Mid-Atlantic area. Everyone I talked to said get a book and forget training. Is there no good MCAD/SD training centers out there?
