Boot Problem??

I am getting problem in linux. When i start my computer, it starting alll services but when it comes to the point where it comes to mount root file system then i got an error, the display shows the following,

then it got stuck and two keyboard LEDs starting continious and simulatanious blinking

will any one help me??
