booting up windows 2000 get 3 Rundll error “zhqbdf080324.dll”

HI

Upon booting up on windows 2000 get 3 Rundll error

Error loading C:\winnt\system\zhqbdf080324.dll
the specified module could not be found

is the first error box that come up and then the next
Error loading C:\winnt\system\lwisys16_080233.dll
the specified module could not be found

and the third box
Error loading C:\winnt\system\lwisys16_071121.dll
the specified module could not be found

Found the item in the regestry and tried to delete then and wa not able to delte them tried changing the data information and it would not allow me to change it

HOw do I correct this issue can anyone assist
