Breaking into Cisco

I already work as a consultant for a big company as a Network Admin/Engineer/Jr. Network Server Support. My company does not promote internally unless you are a regular employee. I’m an MCSE and CCNA. With very little Cisco experience (except for hands on from trainging company).

Anyone having any advice on what course of action/plan I should follow trying to break into a job with Cisco equipment to gain more exp with Networking hardware. Reason is that I REALLY am interested in that type ofwork and want to work my way up to CCIE one day.
