Bridge or Access Point?

I have a wired ethernet LAN in my company. Our building across the street needs to share our broadband internet connection. Should I use a bridge to connect the two networks, or just use an access point to send out a signal to a computer that I can setup with a wireless NIC? What is the range of an access point and a bridge?
