Browsing blocked, Windows 7

Acer Aspire 5532
AMD Athlon TF-20 1.6 GHz
3 GB RAM
64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium

I ran malwarebytes three times until it came up clean. When I updated it indicated that it updated the database to 6111. Norton is installed but I disabled it.

I booted with a CD and can browse without any problem but when I boot into Windows 7 nothing. I am running Malwarebytes again to see if it finds anything else.

I am somewhat new to Windows 7.
