B.S. M.S. or B.S. M.B.A.

I am going to N.C. State University for a 5-year b.s./ m.s. or b.s./ m.b.a. computer engineering program with co-op. My question is what is more profitable a b.s./m.s. or b.s./ m.b.a.? I want to eventually go into mangement so if I do not go intothe B.S./ M.B.A. I want to have a minor in business mangement.
