BUILDING ANIMATION SOFTWARE

I am into AirConditioning field. I am looking for such a software where I can show the clients in which way his building will be look like after installing ac machine and ducting by all directions. We get the plans of the buildings from clients. If there is something which can help me in visualize the customer, it will be a great thing. Can anybody help me out?
