Bullets in MS Word 2000

I use a custom bullet picture in my documents. I have uploaded it into MS Word 2000 bullet library, but it is at the end of three windows, so I must scroll through two windows of bullet pictures, click on the next page, and then scroll to the bottom to select my desired bullet.

Is there a way to make my custom bullet the default bullet?

At the very least, can I make my picture appear in the first window of bullets, preferably at the head of the list?
