bvrp fax incompatible with office 2003

bvrp fax and office 2000 were installed on my laptop worked fine. I upgraded office to 2003, both worked fine.

due to other problems, I deleted fax software thinking it damaged and that I could reinstall it.

once reinstalled, I am unable to reconnect my outlook contacts with the phone tools in bvrp fax.

also would like to reconnect old faxes to the fax software.

can you help me?
