BYOD in hospitality, for small companies (restaurants, bars etc.)

We use smartdevices as handheld for our Nuvopos Point of Sale. So you can create low budget systems for small companies (restaurants, bars etc.).
The emloyees use ther own smartphone and this seems to be no problem.
