c/c++ or java/.net

I have got an opportunity to apply for a job position, there are two position which are suitable for me. I am confused about which position to apply for

1. c, c++ and unix (I have studied c and c++ at college)
2. Java and .net (I have also studied java too)

currently I am involved in PHP on LINUX platform

can any one suggest me an option depending on the current trends
