We have several Exchange calendar entries that are used to reserve conference rooms, projectors, vehicles, and other equipment. We recently upgraded from 5.5 to 2000 (about 6 weeks ago). When a long-time employee retired, we began receiving errorsduring the reservation process for the above items. We discovered that this retiree was listed as the delegate for these accounts. When we removed these delegate entries, the rooms/vehicles/etc. were not being reserved any more. When we added another, current employee as the delegate, they would auto accept and everything worked again. Is there a way to set up calendars for equipment reservations that does not have to be tied to an e-mail account/delegate? Other recommendations?
